In our land and traditional cuisine and culture, with over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and culinary proposing today a simple and managed with skill and passion, based on recipes ciociare and Mediterranean cuisine in the finest classical and inserting reinterpretations of the same in a more modern, all complemented by a good wine cellar.

Ingredients of the highest quality and the different class cuisine, the dishes can satisfy the most demanding.

The restaurant "The Pines" has three large rooms that can accommodate up to a maximum of 800 people and a garden with a capacity of 100 seats.

Some dishes that are also our specialty is the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, linguine with shrimp, rigatoni with zucchini, fettuccine with mushrooms, and many other specialty-themed seasonal ingredients.
